1.Returns
You can return most new, unused items within 7 days of receiving your order for an exchange or refund.To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Some items can’t be returned for hygiene or safety reasons once opened — this includes items like small electric kitchen appliances and gadgets that have been used.
2.Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We’ll arrange a replacement or a full refund (including shipping costs) once we’ve assessed the issue. You may be asked to send photos or return the defective product for inspection.
3.Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you by email about the status of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
4.Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item (for example, for a different model or color), please contact us first to confirm availability. You’ll be responsible for any price difference and return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
5.Warranty :
If your product is nolonger under warranty you will be liable for all costs of repairs should you wish to repair through HomTuck
6.Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or sent in error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
